I was the lead creative on Melody. The vision for the Melody stories was to create simple, engaging animations in a style which goes beyond literal representation to create a more sensory audio-visual experience, and so this project gave our animators a rather unique license to create surreal, abstract environments that would be as accessible to the partially sighted as possible.

We animated a series of intros and outros for a comedy festival that featured South Africa's funniest stand-up comedians. I had great fun designing the characters and backgrounds on this project.
